ZeRO now has a quick way to contact staff right from the game. It uses a reserved service command: @admin.
How to write to staff
Type in the normal chat:
@admin your message
For example: @admin I'm stuck on the morocc map and can't get out.
The message does not go to the public chat — only staff can see it. The chat shows a confirmation: «Вопрос передан администрации» ("Your question has been passed to staff").
How the reply arrives
If a staff member is online, they will reply right away. If not, they will read your message later. The reply comes as a private message from @admin; if you are offline at that moment, you will get it the next time you log in.
To continue the conversation, just reply to @admin in private messages, as you would to any player: click the @admin name in chat or type /r your text.
Please keep it to the point
Write to staff only when you need to: bugs, a stuck character, account problems, rule violations. Please don't overdo it — each account can send at most 5 messages in 10 minutes. For discussions and ideas there is still the forum, and for bugs, "Report a bug".
The name @admin is reserved: you cannot create a character with "@" in the name, so private messages from @admin always come from staff.
You don't need to update the client — the command works already.
